“Good afternoon. So far, I have to say that I am loving these audio downloads! It has been so inspirational and motivating walking/exercising and listening to experts in our profession. Just wanted to post my appreciation for what you're doing! Thanks again!”

The above is one of the emails I have received over the past month. It warms my heart to know these audios are resonating with some of you. This installment of the Empowerment series features Liz Graham and Nufar Kiryati.

Spoiler Alert: Liz shares 5 Must Know Interviewing Questions. If you are not interviewing, they can be used during a performance/check-in meeting with your current employer. With the International Federation of Dental Hygiene convening in South Africa, understanding global hygiene could not be more appropriate. Plus, if you ever imagined owning a dental hygiene practice, Nufar holds some of keys.

Liz Graham

Liz started working with her father as a dental assistant when she was 11 years old, and she knew very quickly that she wanted to attend the University Of Michigan School Of Dental Hygiene to become an RDH. Very goal oriented, she did just that. She graduated in 1973 and moved to Bern, Switzerland, to practice hygiene for 3 1/2 years.

She then returned to her Michigan hometown of Harbor Springs to practice with her father. In 1981, the travel lust moved her to California where she practiced in periodontal and general offices until 1985 when she founded Graham Placement Agency, a placement service for dental hygienists and dentists. She is enriched from connecting with other professionals, employment coaching, and producing high-end continuing education seminars. This creates a comprehensive offering for the people she serves and meets her needs to strive for excellence.
