Dental assistants and front office staff: How to work well together (video)
At IgniteDA, we truly believe in the motto of "Together We Rise." It means that all dental assistants should be able to not only work together to better themselves, but also be able to work with other team members in the best ways possible.
I recently teamed up with the amazing Laura Hatch from FrontOfficeRocks.com for a webinar designed to talk about some of the issues that happen between team members who work in the front and the back, and how those issues can be resolved or avoided. It was a great time of discussion and ideas with audience members throwing in their comments as well.
