Several TwinPower Turbine models are available for a variety of clinical situations. The product line includes a standard-sized head, UltraM and UltraE mini heads, a 45-degree for surgical procedures, as well as the new Basic model introduced earlier in 2013 at an a low price point.
“Our current TwinPower customers rave about the power of this product line,” commented Walid Wardaki, vice president of merchandise sales.
“We are confident in this technology and we want potential customers to be able to try the handpiece in clinical situations with real-world challenges.”
TwinPower’s cutting efficiency is fueled by a double-impeller rotor design that offers up to 22 watts of power with high torque. This patented design also gives the Ultra Series a competitive advantage with twice the power of other mini handpieces.
Another feature is the pressurized air system design that prevents suck back in the air line. This results in infection control. Other features include: ceramic bearings, rapid braking within two seconds, and a variety of connection options.
