Removing all-ceramic crowns is the worst UNLESS you invest in big technology … or keep it simple with single-use Neo.

Using a fresh coarse diamond with water spray ... section the facial ... through the incisal ... and down the lingual to the depth of the cement line.

DO NOT twist like you would a luted gold or PFM. We need to assume the last doc bonded this restoration well. Twisting in that instance will risk fracturing the tooth.

Dial your water spray down a bit and head back to the mesial and distal halves. This is where single burs are key. A dull bur will take you forever. A channeled single-use Microcopy Neo diamond will micro-fracture that crown in seconds.

Time is money—not to mention the stress!

Single-use diamonds are fast, they’re cost-effective, and they transform awful clinical moments into amazingly simple wins.
