Institute to hold 2005 European symposium in Istanbul

The World Clinical Laser Institute has announced that it will hold the Fourth Annual European Symposium in Istanbul, Turkey, at the world-class Ceylan Intercontinental Hotel Nov. 11-13, 2005.

The European Symposium, which lasts two and a half days, will include standard educational curriculum for dental lasers, advanced curriculum for experienced laser users, and specialty courses for hygienists, staff, and those looking to expand their practices through the use of lasers.

All Symposium courses will be led by an experienced panel of distinguished lecturers and educators in the field of laser dentistry. Those scheduled to present include:

* Dr. Galip Gurel, current president of the Turkish Academy of Esthetic Dentistry,
* Professor Andreas Moritz, current president of the European Society for Laser Applications (ESOLA),
* Dr. Sascha Jovanovic, past-president of the European Association for Osseontegration
* Dr. Wolfgang Richter, founding president of the European Society of Esthetic Dentistry (ESED)

The panel will also include several lecturers and laser dentists from the United States, including Dr. Chris Walinski, Dr. Bret Dyer, Dr. Michael Koceja, and others.

Symposium attendees will be exposed to a comprehensive curriculum addressing myriad concepts in laser dentistry, including physics, safety, clinical procedures, techniques, earning a return on a laser investment, marketing, and many other topics pertinent to those who already own lasers, or those looking to implement a laser into their practice.

The symposium will also feature a welcome reception, a gala event featuring Turkish culture, local cuisine and an optional moonlit tour of historic Istanbul.
