On Jan. 12, a series of massive earthquakes rocked the island country of Haiti. It seems that the eyes of the world have been on Haiti since that day, watching with disbelief at the death and destruction that has occurred. Before the earthquake, Haiti was a country already battling the demons of poverty and death ... and it has only gotten worse since Jan. 12.
