MOUNT LAUREL, New Jersey--ACTEON North America has introduced a new electric implant motor called I-Surge+.The unit is intended for easy and effective surgery and implant placement. The I-Surge+ implant motor is powerful and efficient, providing high torque (up to 72 Ncm with a 20:1 C/A) and a wide rpm range (20 to 2,000 with a 20:1 C/A). ACTEON North America announces integration of its Sopro imaging products into MacPractice DDS v4.1The motor is compatible with seven different e-type contra angle ratio handpieces and has five available, customizable programs from which to choose. The brushless motor needs no lubrication and the foot pedal has large color-coded, touch sensitive pedals with no moving parts for ease of use and durability.
