MI Paste is a product that restores minerals (calcium and phosphate) to help patients stimulate saliva production. It is a professional dental product with RECALDENT (CPP-ACP), a milk-derived protein-mineral complex for oral health care in helping to remineralize teeth.
MI Paste is a topical creme that can be applied to teeth several times daily. MI Paste has less than 0.1% lactose and is safe for lactose intolerant patients.
Saliva enhances the effectiveness of CPP-ACP and the flavor helps stimulate saliva flow. The longer CPP-ACP and saliva are maintained in the mouth, the more effective the result.
