Dentsply Sirona recently held its seventh inLab Summit in New Orleans. With jam-packed lecture rooms filled with over 230 laboratory professionals from across the nation, inLab Summit New Orleans turned out to be the largest hands-on dental laboratory CAD/CAM event in history.
inLab Summit New Orleans delivered a two-day dental laboratory extravaganza, with invaluable insight presented by the users with a deep understanding of how the inLab technology can benefit a laboratory. In addition to the most up-to-date CAD/CAM training, the inLab Summit provided attendees with a variety of networking opportunities among like-minded colleagues and professionals. Attendees explored the most current inLab technologies among peers, and colleagues.
“We were very excited about the number of dedicated inLab users who attended this inLab Summit,” said Norbert Ulmer, Director of Laboratory CAD/CAM at Dentsply Sirona CAD/CAM. “While our users certainly come to the inLab Summit for the educational opportunities in our courses, what really makes the event special is the way our community comes together to learn from each other about what works in their own labs. The inLab community came away feeling more enthusiastic and capable of incorporating what they learned to make changes to their laboratories.”
Attendees explored all aspects of inLab technology, including:
• All-on-Four treatment concept and software design
• Esthetic digital wax-up and mastering bio-jaw proposals
• Surgical guide design
• Sirona connect scanning
• Digital impression business models
• Optimizing “bread and butter” cases
• and much more
All courses and workshops provided participants with increased knowledge and skills in order to maximize their own production, efficiency, and financial benefits using the inLab system. Attendees worked on a multitude of specific applications and many hands-on techniques relevant to everyday cases and unique lab situations. In addition, all participants were provided with up to nine CE credits for attending the inLab Summit.
