The Identalloy Council has announced the availability of a new informational brochure discussing the use of gold in dental restorations.
The new brochure is designed for dentists and patients to help make them aware of the materials used in prosthetic restorations and why gold should be considered.
Chuck Yenkner, Identalloy Executive Director, said, "Gold has along and highly regarded history as a dental material. We should not forget that, even though its price has risen in recent months."
The brochure can be downloaded from the Identalloy Web site. Print copies for use in the dental office can be obtained through dental laboratories, from any Identalloy participating alloy manufacturer, or direct from the Identalloy Council.
