Recently, Straumann shared its Vision 2020 project with representatives of the investor community and the media. The project provides insights into the future of dentistry and the markets for replacement, restorative and regenerative dentistry.

Granted, this is one company's view of the future, but I found it very interesting to see their perspective on where dentistry is heading over the next eight years. You can click here to see their views on trends, technology, and the European and North American markets.

Speaking of the European market, I also found some recent information from the Association of Dental Dealers of Europe (ADDE) that showed recent trends across the Atlantic. Click here to view their findings on last year as well as the last five years.
