Is it time for a heart-to-heart with your team? (Video)

July 30, 2020
Is your staff dealing with difficult patients and experiencing other stresses at this time? Dr. Stacey Gividen urges you not to forget about the vital contributions your team makes to the success of your practice.

We all have a life outside dentistry, but, as dentists, that doesn’t stop us from thinking about our practices even when we are away. Has your staff been experiencing additional stresses lately with difficult patients? Maybe patients are questioning your team's ability to keep them safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We must not forget that our teams are the backbone of what we do. It is our responsibility to reassure team members of their competency and let them know that everything will be OK.

Dr. Stacey Gividen just had a heart-to-heart talk with her staff, and here's her take on the situation in this Through the Loupes video series.
