Candy Velez, BSDH, CRDH, is a practicing dental hygienist in Sebring, Florida. She graduated summa cum laude from South Florida State College with her dental hygiene degree and earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from St. Petersburg College. In 2020, she was appointed to a four-year term on the Florida Board of Dentistry's Council on Dental Hygiene and was the recipient of the Swann D. Knowles Award, honoring one Florida hygienist for service and dedication to the profession.
