X-ray answer ...The radiograph exhibits a double film exposure; that is, the film was exposed more than once. This error is usually due to mixing up unexposed and exposed cassettes, as well as generally poor film and cassette handling technique. Film exposing and handling tips:
- Develop a routine for film and cassette handling.
- Remove film from the cassette after each exposure.
- Store unexposed and exposed cassettes separately.
