Patterson Technology Center expands

The new addition contains the Patterson EagleSoft Client Services Department and includes a new phone system to route customer calls more efficiently and to answer customer calls directly off the phone without a call back.

The Patterson Technology Center has added a 14,000-square-foot expansion to better accommodate its breadth of technology offerings for the dental practice.

The new addition contains the Patterson EagleSoft Client Services Department and includes a new phone system to route customer calls more efficiently and to answer customer calls directly off the phone without a call back. A training room specifically designed for the service team is fully equipped with all Patterson EagleSoft practice-management and clinical software, Patterson hardware, and digital devices, giving service team members quick access to the technology customers are using in their offices and the ability to answer questions more efficiently.

As part of the expansion, the Patterson Technology Center, one of two Patterson Dental Supply operational facilities, also is expanding the hardware distribution area to increase production capabilities. All Patterson hardware, EagleSoft and eMagine software, and Schick digital X-ray equipment replacements are configured, tested, and shipped from the Patterson Technology Center.

Based in Effingham, Ill., the Patterson Technology Center serves as the national certification center for Patterson technology representatives, Patterson technology instructors (trainers) and Patterson technology service technicians.

In addition, the Technology Center houses development for Patterson EagleSoft, eMagine, and Patterson Imaging.
