The features are designed to give health-care practices easy access to more detailed financial reports and information, helping increase production and improve efficiency.
New features include comprehensive CareCredit activity reports designed to enable practices to more efficiently manage the financing portion of their practice.
To increase treatment acceptance, practices can also immediately access reports that indicate which patients have been approved for CareCredit and their credit availability, so the dental team knows the financial resources available to the patient and can immediately provide solutions to cost concerns during the treatment and fee presentation.
They can also use this information to contact patients with incomplete dentistry to encourage them to move forward with treatment.
Another new feature that saves practices time and enhances ease of use is Online Transaction Processing which allows patient charges to be processed in seconds without the use of a terminal.
Enhanced features which are exceptionally useful during the treatment and fee discussion include a Payment Calculator, which provides all payment plans available to the patient with the exact monthly payment amount.
A Cardholder Look-up feature that allows immediate access to key patient information including account number and contact information has also been added for convenience.
