Microcopy closed out 2015 by reinforcing its commitment to breast cancer awareness. The company ended its second annual “Pink to Make You Think” campaign that also benefitted the American Cancer Society.

The company said sales of its pink NeoDrys saliva absorbents helped raise awareness and support the fight against breast cancer. Microcopy cited “tremendous support from the dental community” in the higher than anticipated sales and made “substantial donation” to the American Cancer Society to benefit breast cancer awareness.

“Every year, approximately 1.4 million women are diagnosed with breast cancer. The cure lies in innovation. Research and development can change the world when it comes to early diagnosis, treatment and prevention. That is why this campaign is so important to us,” said Heather Siler, associate marketing manager for the program.

She said Microcopy plans to repeat the campaign again in 2016.
