Company on magazine's annual list of America's 100 Best Small Companies for 11th consecutive year.

IRVINE, California--Quality Systems, a developer of a range of information systems and software for automating medical and dental practices as well as small hospitals, has announced being ranked 14th in Forbes’ 2011 annual listing of America’s 100 Best Small Companies.

This marks the 11th consecutive year that the company has been included on the list. The America’s 100 Best Small Companies list appears in the Forbes print edition dated Nov. 7, 2011. It is online at www.forbes.com/best-small-companies/.

To qualify for the list, companies must be publicly traded for at least one year with annual revenue between $5 million and $1 billion and a stock price no lower than $5. The rankings are based on earnings growth, sales growth, and return on equity in the last 12 months and during a five-year period. As listed in the Forbes ranking, Quality Systems showed increases of 24% in sales and 18% in earnings per share while achieving a 34% return on equity.
