MELVILLE, New York--Henry Schein, a distributor of health-care products and services to office-based practitioners, hosted a fifth annual national sales meeting for the company’s Special Markets Division at Disney’s Grand Floridian Hotel and Spa in Orlando, Fla. In 2011, more than 125 Team Schein members and 75 of the company’s supplier partners participated in the Special Markets National Sales Meeting. The theme of the four-day event, “The Magic of Special Markets,” was tied to the Walt Disney World Resort where the meeting was held. The event included numerous presentations by Henry Schein executives, breakout sessions, supplier exhibits, and a presentation by the Disney Institute on its approach to providing customer service. This was highlighted by a guest appearance from Mickey Mouse.
