EMERYVILLE, California--Wells Fargo Practice Finance has announced dates for the 2011 Practice Survival Workshop, a half-day seminar designed to assist dentists and veterinarians with creating practice success in today’s economy.

Practice owners will learn how to analyze practice performance and identify problem areas, improve cash flow management, increase production, schedule to meet production goals and more. Practitioners are encouraged to attend. Practice owners may bring their spouse or partner.
The 2011 Practice Survival Workshop will be held in five locations across the country:
* June 17: Seal Beach, Calif.
* June 24: San Francisco, Calif.
* Sept.16: Northern New Jersey
* Sept. 30: Orlando, Fla.
* Oct.11: Las Vegas, Nev. (ADA Annual Session course 6310)
Seating is limited due to the interactive nature of the workshop. Registration is open at wellsfargo.com/practicesurvival.
The workshop is free for Wells Fargo Practice Finance clients, $65 for dentists and veterinarians, and $55 for members of the American Dental Association and American Animal Hospital Association.
Practitioners will receive tools for navigating their practices through difficult times, whether from an uncertain economy or the day-to-day challenges of managing a competitive business. The Practice Survival Kit includes materials, such as a break-even worksheet and case tracking and relationship-building exercises.
