New ProJet 6000 and DP 3000 3-D printers expand digital dentistry application reach.

ROCK HILL, South Carolina--3D Systems has announced the showcasin of dental CAD/CAM 3-D printers at LMT Lab Day Chicago 2011.

The event will be held Feb. 25 -- 26 at the River Exhibition Hall of the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, section #217.

3D Systems will exhibit its new ProJet DP 3000 Dental CAD/CAM 3-D printer featuring an expanded build area with up to a 60% productivity improvement for crown, bridge, and partials.

3D Systems will also display its new ProJet(TM) 6000, "crossover" 3-D printer that combines SLA part performance with 3-D printer utility. The ProJet 6000 delivers production quantities of detailed and accurate dental working models.
