The system, an easy-to-use online tool that facilitates hiring, helps users categorize prospective employees by matching candidates’ credentials to job openings.

Based on Iscopia’s AQS platform, the system features six of the most common job profiles, including hygienist, office manager, and treatment coordinator. Profiles are delivered as modules that include customizable, pre-built job descriptions, online tests and questionnaires, candidate ranking reports, interview guides, and reference checks.

The system integrates with several popular job boards, so hiring managers can post job vacancies simply. Position requirements, processes, and services are offered through Iscopia’s secure, scalable, internet-based platform to deliver the hiring tool.
