OHA Gala

Dec. 7, 2010
Event will be held Feb. 23, 2011, at historic Field Museum in Chicago, Ill.

CHICAGO, Illinois--Connect with colleagues at one of the top social and philanthropic events in dentistry on Feb. 23, 2011, at Chicago’s historic Field Museum.

Sponsored by Oral Health America, the goal of the 21st annual gala is to raise funding for communities in need through a proven mix of fare, networking and the chance to share Steven Spielberg’s delight in the neoclassical home turf of the intrepid archaeologist and adventure hero, Indiana Jones.

Belle of the ball, 67 million-year-old Sue, will be on hand to welcome guests to the Stanley Field Hall’s white marble interiors, skylit vaulted ceilings, and columns. More than 900 guests will “party for a cause” in support of OHA’s mission to change lives by connecting communities with resources to increase access to oral health care, education, and advocacy.

OHA and its community-based program partners routinely go above and beyond the call of duty in preventing and treating dental disease for at-risk children and families.

To obtain your tickets, contact Joe Donohue at (312) 836-9900 or send him an e-mail at [email protected].

Funds raised through the Gala will go toward OHA’s 2011 Annual Fund Campaign, which supports OHA’s programs. A donation to OHA through the purchase of gala tickets, auction items, or raffle tickets will benefit OHA’s signature programs that help improve oral health for Americans, especially the vulnerable: Smiles Across America, Medical Dental Dialogues, the Wisdom Tooth Project, NSTEP (National Spit Tobacco Education Program), and Campaign for Oral Health Equity.
