Helpdesk provides technical support for Progeny imaging products and software.

VERSAILLES, Ohio--Midmark, a manufacturer of intraoral X-rays in the U.S., has signed a consulting agreement with Larivière GmbH to establish a phone helpdesk to assist its customers in Europe.

Under the terms of the agreement, Larivière GmbH will provide technical phone support for Progeny imaging products and software from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. European Standard Time, Monday through Friday, for all Midmark authorized dealers.
