Diane Brucato-Thomas receives 2008 Master Clinician Award

Brucato-Thomas, an RDH, was presented with the commemorative award and $5,000 at the American Dental Hygienists' Association Annual Awards luncheon held during the ADHA's annual session.

CHICAGO, Illinois--Diane Brucato–Thomas, RDH, is the recipient of the 2008 American Dental Hygienists' Association Master Clinician Award recipient, sponsored by Hu-Friedy.

Brucato-Thomas was presented with the commemorative award and $5,000 at the ADHA Annual Awards luncheon held during the association's annual session.

The award is presented to the dental hygienist who demonstrates outstanding clinical expertise in relating the interdependence of clinical practice and patient education for the improvement of patient compliance.

This is the first year of the award. There are several criteria a candidate must meet, including having 10 years of clinical practice and being a current member of the ADHA.
