New course will help dental professionals understand the societal and social impact of aging, diseases and conditions affecting this group, and the impact on the dental profession.

FORT COLLINS, Colorado--Water Pik announces the addition of a new complimentary continuing education course entitled "Boomers and Seniors: Living Longer, Living Healthier, Considerations for Dental Professionals."

This course will help dental professionals understand the societal and social impact of aging, diseases and conditions affecting this group, and the impact on the dental profession.

Baby boomers are expected to live well into their 70s and 80s. They will be better educated, have higher incomes and living standards. They will retain more of their teeth and seek dental care.

Are you prepared to welcome them into your practice?

This course will help dentists understand the dynamics of this fast growing segment of the population.

The Boomers and Seniors course complements three other courses that have recently been updated with the latest data on the diabetes epidemic, challenges facing children and adolescents, and the most recently published research on the Water Pik dental water jet.
