Midmark launches new innovation portal

VERSAILLES, Ohio--Midmark Corporation recently launched a new application on its Web site entitled "I have an idea!"

This new application, or innovation portal, was established to allow for better communication and information sharing between Midmark and its customers. The online portal will assist in generating ideas for new products, enhancements, and accessories. Users can access the innovation portal by clicking on the "I have an idea!" icon located on the portal.

"The new Midmark innovation portal will give visitors the opportunity to share their ideas about new products or how we can make our existing products better in a safe, secure environment," commented Anne Eiting Klamar, president and CEO of Midmark.

"We look forward to having the opportunity to collaborate with our customers to develop advancements in products and services that will make the delivery of human and animal healthcare more efficient for the clinician and the patient."

The Midmark innovation portal has been formatted to be a simple, effective means to engage customers in the advancement of products and services in the medical, dental and veterinary segments.

The process for sharing an idea is simple--visit the portal and click on "Let's get started!" and follow the prompts. The user is then contacted within eight weeks of the original submission and informed as to whether or not the idea will be used. If Midmark chooses to use an idea, the originator will be kept abreast of the project throughout its development.

"This will be a new and exciting way to connect with our customers in our ongoing journey to make a positive difference in the practice of health care, which has long been a core value at Midmark" stated Klamar.
