Company launches loyalty program

Align Technology Inc. has renewed its licensing agreement for RewardStream's LifeCycle Marketing Platform to implement its Invisalign Advantage channel loyalty program.

VANCOUVER, Canada--Align Technology Inc., a medical device company and inventor of Invisalign, a proprietary method of straightening teeth without wires and brackets, has renewed its licensing agreement for RewardStream's LifeCycle Marketing Platform to implement its Invisalign Advantage channel loyalty program.

The program allows eligible orthodontic and dental practices to earn quarterly volume rebates and marketing benefits for exceeding case experience thresholds and participating in continuing education.

Targeted reward logic is re-calibrated each year to encourage practice growth through adoption of the Invisalign system. Using a single-log on, participants access the program-branded website to obtain rebate status, sales history and program information. Align's territory managers can motivate behavior by incorporating program activity information into customer dialogue through interaction with RewardStream's Control Center Administrative Portal.
