Iveta Altevers

Iveta Altevers is cofounder of Valera Practice Partners and has more than 23 years of experience in health-care operations. She cofounded Valera Practice Partners to work directly with practice owners and teams as they strengthen operations and build sustainable growth. Iveta has a particular interest in understanding the “why” behind practice performance, looking beyond the numbers to the people, processes, and everyday decisions that influence them. Originally from Slovakia and educated in England, Iveta is the mother of two grown children and enjoys traveling, being near the water, and spending time with family and friends.
