Crosstex International has acquired SS White Burs Inc.'s entire latex division, which consists of dental operatory gloves and dental dam. Crosstex believes this acquisition will complement the company's extensive line of infection-control products and provide dentists with more diversity.
The glove line includes a hand-specific and ambidextrous Nitrile glove, a powder-free and low-powder glove with an enhanced grip, an extremely low-powder exam glove with unique sizing for shorter fingers and wider palms, and a low-powder and powder-free anatomically correct left- and right-fitted glove for optimum comfort. In addition, a low-powder, extremely soft, economically priced dental dam will be added to the Crosstex product line and will be available in either unflavored or a unique mint flavor.
