DENTSPLY Prosthetics announces Summer/Fall 2004 course schedule

Course fees are $500 for a two-day course and $250 for a one-day program. Credit hours also vary from 8 to 16 hours, based on the hours of classroom training.

DENTSPLY Prosthetics has announced the Summer/Fall 2004 course schedule for its Technical Education Centers (TECs) in Burlington, NJ, and Yucaipa, CA.

Topics to be covered in Burlington include FINESSE® and FINESSE All-Ceramic Pressables, Creative Ceramics featuring CERAMCO® 3, CERCON® Zirconia -- Smart Ceramics, CRISTOBAL®+ -- The Next Generation of Indirect Composites, Fundamentals of Dental Ceramics, and Creative Ceramics. Yucaipa classes will highlight techniques from pressing to casting, and feature Ceramco's CERAMCO 3 porcelain, FINESSE All-Ceramic, DUCERAM® Plus and DURCERA® Gold products.

These courses will present a wide range of basic and advanced education, featuring mostly one and two-day instruction in proven, predictable techniques. More information on these and all training options can be viewed at www.prosthetics.dentsply.com.
The Burlington, NJ, TEC is less than an hour from historic Philadelphia, the New Jersey beaches, Atlantic City Casinos, and about two hours from the "Big Apple."

The Burlington Center is also near Six Flags Great Adventure Amusement Park, and Hershey Park/Hershey Chocolate World is within a few hours' drive. Philadelphia offers some of the finest dining on the East Coast, with many fine restaurants covering all tastes and appetites. Convenient air travel can be arranged through either the Philadelphia or Newark International Airports. Accommodations are available at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites and the Hampton Inn, both of which are about a mile from the TEC.

The Yucaipa region of southern California is renowned for its entertainment options, including casinos, golf, wineries, amusement parks, shopping, famous hotels and star-studded destinations such as Riverside and Palm Springs. Flights into the Ontario, CA, airport are recommended. Accommodations are available at the historic Mission Inn hotel with complete details available from Ceramco.

The TECs in Burlington and Yucaipa are committed to meeting the needs and learning requirements of all Ceramco laboratories, large and small. Customers have the option of custom-designed classes on any Ceramco and DeguDent product.
