The Center for Professional Journalism at The Pankey Institute will conduct its course entitled, "Professional Dental Journalism" June 21-23, 2006, at the institute in Key Biscayne, Fla.
Participants will learn about peer- and non-peer reviewed dental writing, communicating with editors, submission guidelines, and journalistic styles.
In addition to the Center's faculty, a special panel of editors from leading dental publications (including Dental Economics) will participate. There are no prerequisites.
Those completing this course will receive 24 AGD Participation Credits. Continuing education hours obtained by attending this dental journalism seminar are eligible for the Certified Dental Editor designation awarded by the American Association of Dental Editors.
