ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Illinois--Nordent Manufacturing has relocated into a larger facility.
According to Nordent president Bob Tatum, the move was required to meet the continuing demand for Nordent's complete line of quality dental instruments.
The expanded facilities provide for additional office/customer service space and 75 percent additional manufacturing facilities.
"This move is significant in two ways," stated Tatum. "First, it enables us to expand our manufacturing operation and secondly, increase our customer service department. The benefits of this move will be immediately felt by both our customers and reps."
Tatum said Nordent's focus of meeting customers' needs and this planned moved coincides directly with their projected market growth and several new forthcoming product innovations.
He continued, "We've built this company with quality products and dedicated service. Our customers have come to expect the personal level of service we have been able to deliver. It was critical to the management team that we not only expand our manufacturing, assembly and QC operations, but continue to meet the service expectations that accompany moving more product out the door. I'm confident we're doing this the right way."
