PracticeWorks, Inc., and National Electronic Attachment, Inc (NEA) have announced they have entered into an agreement, making NEA the provider of electronic attachments between PracticeWorks dentists and NEA's participating payors. NEA will leverage its extensive attachment capabilities in conjunction with PracticeWorks' dental market expertise to bring the benefits of electronic interchange to the dental provider community.
"Continuing and expanding our relationship with PracticeWorks is another significant step toward NEA achieving its goal of increasing the volume of electronic attachments and thereby substantially lowering administrative costs for payors across the country," said Tom Hughes, chief executive officer of NEA. "Working with industry leaders will allow us to further eliminate the administrative burden for dentists and their office staffs, enabling them to reduce costs and improve the quality of patient care."
"We are very pleased to announce this agreement with NEA," said Scott Leeper, vice president of electronic services for PracticeWorks. "By this relationship with the leading vendor of electronic attachments, we can offer a superior service with the broadest functionality to the nation's dental market."
