ADHA’s long-awaited Accreditation Feasibility Study was launched in January 2012. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the existing dental hygiene accreditation program, ADA’s Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), and determine whether there are appropriate alternatives for either the establishment of a new independent accreditation agency or an alternative existing accreditation program.
