With its layout and color-coding system, the system is designed to enable clinicians to get the most out of the Tapered Screw Vent and Zimmer One-Piece implants.

Zimmer Dental Inc., a provider of dental oral rehabilitation products and a subsidiary of Zimmer Holdings, Inc., has announced release of a new Zimmer Instrument Kit System.

With its layout and color-coding system, the system is designed to enable clinicians to get the most out of the Tapered Screw Vent and Zimmer One-Piece implants.

The Zimmer Instrument Kit System can be customized to meet individual clinical needs and maximize time. A unique color coding system enables clinicians to follow surgical sequences step-by-step.

In addition, the Tapered Screw-Vent Surgical Kit can be combined with an optional Zimmer One-Piece Implant Module for streamlined placement of components of the Tapered Screw-Vent Implant System. This creates a centralized, all-in-one kit.

Tapered Screw-Vent Surgical Kits include instruments to place a Tapered Screw-Vent Implant, including the 4.1 mm line. Kit configurations also leave extra storage space for additional pieces. An accompanying staging block allows users to place a selection of instruments and implants needed for a procedure within reach.

A separate Zimmer One-Piece Kit is also available for new users who want to begin their experience with Zimmer Dental by treating tight interdental spaces.

Finally, cleaning and sterilization instructions for instruments and Driva drills, as well as surgical sequences, are included in a guide that comes with kits.
