Here's a list of what you do ... and what you don't do ... when you participate in dental hygiene's only virtual conference — RDH Event.

Summer will soon be over, the kids are back in school, so why not register for the upcoming RDH eVent October 2-3 so you can be educated, motivated, and inspired by your colleagues and "experts" in the industry at no cost to you! Register atRDH Event.

Understanding an eVent

OK, some of you may be thinking, what is the RDH eVent? It is a virtual tradeshow that eliminates all traveling expenses, and a practical way to get the latest insights into dental hygiene. This will be the third RDH eVent, which functions like a traditional tradeshow, with booths, plenary sessions, and keynote speakers, but without the travel and expense that go along with terrestrial shows.

To attend the sessions and shows, all you need is a computer and fast Internet connection. The show is set up so you can chat with exhibitors and other attendees.

By browsing the vendor booths, you can view demos, ask questions by talking in real time to exhibitors, and sign up for prizes and product information. Once you become familiar with the layout and use more of the virtual show features, the more you will maximize your time and its value.

What you won't find at the eVent is:

• Travel (and the annoying cougher in the seat next to you and the vat of hand sanitizer)

• Hotel and entertainment costs

• Valuable time spent away from your family or office

Where you can be to access the eVent:

• At home

• In the office

• At your favorite coffee shop

• At a child's birthday party, soccer game, or any activity where you find yourself waiting

• A relative's wedding, especially if it's a snore

• In bed

• At the park, playground, or beach

What you will find at the eVent:

• The freedom to log on anytime throughout the two-day event. No matter where you are you can have access to the presentations and networking opportunities.

• Chances to win prizes

• An easy way to keep up with the changes, trends, and innovations in dental hygiene

• A lounge so you can have ample time to reconnect with friends, colleagues, and exhibitors that you may have met at the 2008 UOR conference

• Ways to make new contacts and network

• Educational presentations and sessions to earn valuable CE credits

• Did I mention a chance to win prizes?

• Did I mention live chats and sometime heated discussions?

Let's chat October 2 and 3. Click here to register and grab your space now!
