The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) are co-sponsoring a course to provide general dentists and pediatric dentists with the most up-to-date knowledge in the current concepts of pediatric dentistry.
The three-day course will be held at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, from Nov. 11-13.
Emphasis will be placed on enhanced clinical judgment and skill in providing dental care to children. Throughout the three days, dentists will study current concepts and techniques, standards of care and proper clinical treatment of children.
Course highlights include Pediatric Endodontics, Revolutionary Dentistry in a Pediatric Nation and Infant Oral Health. At this AGD Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) approved course, dentists may earn a total of 17 continuing education credits, including a hands-on workshop.
The faculty includes Joel H. Berg, DDS, MS, professor and chair, Department of Pediatric Dentistry, University of Wisconsin and Joe H. Camp, DDS, MSD, adjunct associate professor, University of North Carolina School of Dentistry.
