Heraeus moulds

SOUTH BEND, Indiana--Heraeus Kulzer, a leader in dental esthetics, has added four new anterior moulds to the Mondial i teeth line.

Mondial, a denture teeth line, and the new Mondial I, meet esthetic requirements by offering strong, color-stable teeth. Both feature NanoPearl technology, a long-lasting, abrasion-resistant formula, INCOMP manufacturing methods, and CAD/CAM moulds. The moulds increase the lifespan of the teeth while adding to the overall esthetic value.

Additionally, Mondial i integrates seamlessly with Mondial for easy mix-and-match. Together, they provide a diverse range of teeth lines, giving dentists and dental technicians greater flexibility to meet a patient’s esthetic and functional needs.

With the addition of two new uppers and two new lowers to the Mondial i moulds, the line now includes 20 upper anterior moulds and 12 lower anterior moulds. They are available in 16 traditional shades (A1 to D4) plus two bleach shades, BL2 and BL3.

New moulds include:

• S8 and R8 upper new anteriors offer more useable tooth width

• L24 canine teeth offer more volume and length than teeth on the market while possessing a slender appearance. Also offers covering of implant parts.

• L19. Due to the short shape of the tooth, there is no necessary grinding on the incisal edge. This keeps the esthetics of the tooth true to nature.
