July 20, 2011
ROCK HILL, South Carolina--In response to growing demand for economical restorations fabricated of nonprecious alloys, KOMET USA has announced introduction of the NEM polishers to complement KOMET cutters with NE/NEF toothing, which are suitable for work on hard alloys. Together, the NEM polishers and the cutters with NE/NEF toothing provide a system and solution for work on hard-to-cut dental alloys.Launched in the spring 2011 at the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany, KOMET NEM polishers are manufactured to effectively and efficiently polish hard metals and to provide long-lasting, long-term, reliable performance. The odorless KOMET NEM polishers are color-coded to distinguish them from other polishers and to simplify identification for a new, two-stage polishing procedure.
