NEWBERG, Oregon--A-dec has announced the release of a new combination in quality treatment room equipment: the Decade Plus chair with Radius delivery system.
This new family of choices is available for order Feb. 11 and launches at the Chicago Dental Society's Midwinter meeting Feb. 22. The combination offers a patient chair, two styles of Radius delivery systems, plus several convenient options.
Highlights for the Decade Plus chair start with a thin 1-1/2" (38 mm) backrest that provides an excellent blend of access and comfort. With patients comfortably inclined, operators now have more room under the chair to move closer and work in a more ergonomic position. Decade Plus upholstery is available in sewn or seamless, with a selection of 40 colors.
Other standard features include a double-articulating headrest, 60° swivel, and quick-release armrests.
In either traditional or continental styles, the Radius delivery system rotates around the front of the chair for ease of positioning and left/right compatibility. Support options include cuspidor, assistant's instrumentation, monitor mount, and dental light--which are also delivered from a rotating arm system for optimum positioning.
All systems come prewired to support the integration of ancillary devices such as a curing light, intraoral camera, electric motor, and ultrasonic scaler.
