The 924XC.HP.400 disc is a 40-mm disc designed for cutting deeper into investment material.

ROCK HILL, South Carolina--KOMET USA has developed a laboratory diamond disc suited for deflasking pressed ceramic material.

The 924XC.HP.400 disc is a 40-mm disc designed for cutting deeper into investment material with a super coarse grit of 357 µm--marked with a black ring.

Developed in conjunction with dental technician Klaus K. Ernst, the 924XC.HP.400 has an open-meshed design with the KOMET spiral. Its flange construction allows for stability and straight cuts, despite the disc's large diameter.

With good visibility, it provides chip removal without jamming because of its honeycomb design. With a width of 1.1 mm and a diamond coating of 2 mm, the 924XC.HP.400 disc can also be used on plaster at an optimal speed of 10,000 rpm.
