Beutlich LP, Pharmecuticals has unveiled the HurriCaine Luer-Lock Dispensing Cap.
The cap can be used with HurriCaine liquid bottles, or in conjunction with HurriPAK Periodontal Anesthetic Kits. The resealable threaded cap prevents spills and fits standard-size, luer-lock syringes
The needle-free, anesthetic kit is an alternative to local anesthetic injections prior to root planing and scaling or full mouth debridement. Whether scaling an entire quadrant or an isolated area, HurriPAK allows dispensing only the amount of liquid needed. Thus, no product is wasted.
The disposable irrigation syringes and tips can save time and money, providing needle-free anesthesia within 20 seconds.
Plastic irrigation tips enable effective sub-gingival application of HurriCaine Topical Anesthetic Liquid and are gentle to soft tissue.
HurriPAK Kits contain a 1 fl. oz. jar of HurriCaine liquid, six plastic periodontal irrigation tips and six luer-lock irrigation syringes. Additional syringes, tips and new dispensing caps are sold separately.
The HurriCaine Luer-Lock Dispensing Cap, item #0283-0609-43, has a suggested list price of $17.90 and is scheduled to be available for October 2009 shipment.
