Ivoclar Vivadent debuts bluephase 20i

July 31, 2009
New bluephase 20i features the patented "polywave" LED technology that producing a halogen-like broadband spectrum (380 to 515 nm).

AMHERST, New York--Ivoclar Vivadent has introduced the bluephase 20i, a generation of bluephase LED polymerization lights.

Similar to the bluephase G2, the new bluephase 20i features the patented "polywave" LED technology that produces a halogen-like broadband spectrum (380 to 515 nm).

The new bluephase 20i represents the highest level of intensity (2,000 mW/cm2) to provide efficient curing times for materials and indications, particularly extensive restorations.

The battery-operated bluephase 20i is equipped with four programs, including a new "Turbo" program that offers a five-second cure for shades of composite while preserving the health of pulp and gingival tissue.

Based on the ergonomic design of the classic bluephase curing lights, the bluephase 20i features the proven "Click & Cure" back-up power supply that eliminates delays due to depleted batteries.

An internal and virtually noiseless fan provides continuous cooling to prevent interruption during extensive restorative procedures (e.g., multiple-unit smile design cases).

Reliable and constant light intensity with shorter curing times and consistent performance help make the bluephase 20i a choice for indications. Ivoclar Vivadent offers a three-year warranty on bluephase LED curing lights,.
