New vertical bitewing film holder designed for use with film, phosphor plates

ELGIN, Ilinois--Dentsply Rinn has announced the availability of a new vertical bitewing film holder designed for use with Kodak Suresoft film and PSP plates.

Vertical bitewing radiographs are a diagnostic tool and they can be taken with the new RINN XCP #2 VBW biteblock for Kodak Suresoft film.

The double-slotted design of the holder allows for positioning regular and Suresoft film and phosphor plates.

Its rugged construction is designed for lengthy service and provides the following benefits:

* Autoclavable for infection control
* Optimized alignment for accurate radiographs
* Double-slot design is compatible with Suresoft, PSP, and regular films
* Red color coding aids faster positioner assembly
* Compatible with RINN XCP positioning arms and rings

The new biteblocks are available in a package of six.
