CHADDS FORD, Pennsylvania--ADSTRA Systems has introduced a Compare Tool as part of its ADSTRA Imaging Dental Image Management software.
The Compare Tool provides a way for clinicians to automatically compare, with a simple click of a button, multiple images of the same tooth, taken at different times.
The Compare Tool is ideal for evaluating progress or deterioration over time, or for viewing pre- and post- procedure images simultaneously. To use the Compare Tool, the clinician simply clicks on the Compare button while viewing a particular image.
A new screen appears that displays the current image along with the last image taken of that tooth (or teeth). The tool automatically retrieves previous images, one at a time, in reverse order (most recent one first), displaying up to nine images simultaneously.
ADSTRA Imaging Dental Image Management software enables dental professionals to capture, enhance for diagnostic, and store images from various digital devices, intra-oral or digital cameras, and flatbed scanners.
