Mydent International has added Cotton Roll Substitute, Bendable Brushes, Disposable Bib Holders, and Curved Utility Syringes to its growing line of Defend products.
Available in large and small sizes, Defend Cotton Roll Substitutes are thin and absorbent cellulose triangles that provide an alternative to cotton rolls. They offer a dry field to a variety of dental procedures, including composite restorations as well as cementing and bonding. This product can absorb at least 30x cotton rolls’ weight in moisture. Both sizes are packaged 50 per box.
Defend Bendable Tapered Applicator Brushes are used for applying whitening agents, etchants, bonding agents, sealants, desensitizers, adhesives, and resins. These brushes’ chemical-resistant fibers hold dental chemicals and allow for maximum carrying capacity, smoothing, and spreading. They are available in blue or pink, 100 per box.
Defend Disposable Bib Holders feature no sharp edges or cold chain. They stretch to fit and have self-adhesive ends. These Bib Holders are packaged 250 per box.
Defend Disposable Curved Utility Syringes are 12cc and non-sterile with curved tips. They are used for impression materials and all irrigation purposes. The syringes are packaged 50 per box.
