Three-year warranty available on natural-looking teeth.
SOUTH BEND, Indiana—Heraeus Kulzer, a leader in dental esthetics, has announced offering of a three-year warranty on the economy-priced Artic brand of denture teeth. Previously, the warranty was only available on Heraeus’ premium-priced Mondial and Mondial i denture teeth and the mid-range tooth, Basic.Related information, click here.This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of any Artic teeth used in the fabrication of a denture, provided that:1. The prosthesis is a complete upper and lower denture.2. All teeth in the denture are Heraeus teeth.3. The denture was registered with Heraeus within 30 days of insertion.4. The patient’s warranty card is fully completed by the dentist and the lab technician.5. The Heraeus teeth have not been misused in any way. 6. The patient has visited his or her dentist for regular check-ups.This warranty is restricted to the replacement of the Heraeus teeth only and does not cover reimbursement for any other costs incurred by patient, dentist, or dental laboratory.
