Light-cure, self-etching adhesive offers 30-second delivery

BeautiBond contains dual catalysts that work independently for durable bond strength to enamel and dentin.

SAN MARCOS, California--Shofu has introduced BeautiBond, a seventh generation bonding agent with bond strengths comparable to fourth, fifth, and sixth generation materials.

BeautiBond is available in a unit dose (0.1 mL) delivery for one-step application with a single coat. The light-cure, self-etching adhesive offers a 30-second delivery that eliminates unnecessary steps.

BeautiBond contains dual catalysts that work independently for durable bond strength to enamel and dentin. BeautiBond has been clinically tested in the United States and worldwide and provides bond strengths at or better than the leading multi-component earlier generation agents.

With a low film thickness of less than five microns, BeautiBond works for highly esthetic and minimally invasive restorations. BeautiBond contains no HEMA, minimizing blanching of the gingival tissues and minimizing the degradation of hybrid layer and adhesive layer.

With biocompatibility and bonding durability, BeautiBond is an all-in-one adhesive that enables etching, priming, and bonding in one simple step.
