Serrated diamond strip designed for use prior to definitive cementation

Oct. 9, 2009
ContacEZ product is a single-handed serrated strip that has an ultra-thin and ultra-fine abrasive diamond surface on one side with a saw-tooth edge (0.05 mm).

VANCOUVER, Washington--The ContacEZ Serrated Diamond Strip (Orange) is designed for use as an alternative to ContacEZ Diamond Dental Strip when overly tight contacts are present or where there is a challenge in positioning the strip at the initial contact.

The latest addition to the ContacEZ Restorative Strip System, the single-handed serrated strip has an ultra-thin and ultra-fine abrasive diamond surface on one side with a saw-tooth edge (0.05 mm).

Designed to be used prior to definitive cementation, the saw-toothed strip provides penetration into the interproximal space to separate overly tight contacts with the serrated edge. It also aids in achieving proximal contact adjustment with an abrasive diamond surface.

ContacEZ Dental Strips are ultra-thin, therefore you can use them between teeth to restore proximal contacts of crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays without causing food impaction. It is necessary to hold the crown in place and start to move the ContacEZ Serrated Diamond Strip buccolingually in one direction.
